We worked with Jill Kushner to identify and view potential vacation homes in the north Naples and Bonita Springs area. Jill was extremely responsive from the first time we contacted her. Jill is a wonderful person to work with. She knows The Colony very well, and we now have a unit in the Florencia high-rise that we absolutely love. My wife and I purchased a condo at a high rise in Bonita Springs. Jill was the listing agent for the unit and did a tremendous job of supplying us with information and follow up with documentation. Jill was wonderful to work with and didn't drop out of the picture once the sale was made. She is assisting us with Contractors' and Designers' names for renovations that we are considering. In my opinion, you can't go wrong if you select Jill to work with you.

In 2010, when we thought about buying a condo at the Colony, we wrote that Jill is the best real estate agent we have ever met - thoroughly informed about market conditions, eager to share her knowledge, willing to meet or show properties at all times of day, a delightful person.Now in 2012, when we returned to that paradise and bought a unit, we can readily say the same wonderful things about Jill. She is the consummate professional in sharing information, showing properties, offering counsel, and arranging a purchase.

When we were looking to purchase in 2005 Jill was the selling agent. However, she was very helpful to us in the unit that we purchased from her seller. She is very good to work with and available whenever you need her. She does give 110%. We have recommended Jill to several of our friends that are looking to purchase a home. Brad and Carmen
