Monika and her team are excellent. From my the initial meeting I knew she was the right real estate agent to sell my home. She held two open houses and gained insight into what home features the early season prospects were interested in. She explained the qualities of my home and the special features it has to every prospect and she sold my home in record time. Monika should be a paid mentor to any new associates in your office. We met her at one of her open houses and when we decided to list our home we both agreed to let Monika be our listing agent. Monika is amazing.. Her knowledge of real estate, Florida laws, real estate values, knowledge of market, etcetera, etcetera. She navigated us (There were three of us Trustees all in different states and time zones) every step of the way.. She always managed to come up with a workable solution for any issue that arose. She was responsive to every request or question from any one of us. She was always available; only a phone call away. She went out of her way to do the "extra little things that came up" to make things easier for me.. Because of her great organization skills, knowledge of real estate and getting important documents in order even before the house was sold, we had the experience of a very smooth closing. I would recommend Monika as the "go to" person to anyone who wishes to buy or sell a home in the Naples area. She is the best!
