Michelle was a tremendous help and resource for us, as we were from the Northeast and shopping for a retirement home in Naples, FL. Over several days, she patiently showed us all the properties that we were interested in, including several repeat visits to some homes. When we were ready to make an offer, she expertly guided us through the process, which culminated in a successful purchase. She is very professional and efficient, and a delight to work with. She represents your best interests with integrity, and I would highly recommend her as your Realtor.

We've done many transactions over the years and Monika is the standard to which all other realtors are held. The attention to detail and follow through by Monika and her team were key. She knows this market and was most helpful in pricing and negotiations. Also, her network of quality service providers made preparing for listing seamless.

Monika did an incredibly good job throughout the process. I’ve dealt with a number of realtors in my practice over the years in Ohio and Florida and believe she is the best I’ve worked with.

Michelle did an excellent job working with me on the listing price, coaching me on negotiating the offer and then guiding me through the closing. I am very pleased with the outcome and price we got for the sale of my condo. I would definitely use them again!
