Michelle Vacondios was very proactive and prepared for every meeting. She quickly understood what property characteristics were important to us and was able to screen properties that met those interests. She also provided excellent advice, identified subjects to consider for each property, and always had our best interest in mind. She guided us through the offer and closing processes which went smoothly because of her guidance. Michelle understands the market, does her homework, has integrity, and was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Michelle to others without hesitation.

Monika DeBenedictis is HONEST, knowledgeable, and professional. Monika’s attention to detail is truly amazing, she does not miss ANYTHING and if you want a realtor you can TRUST who will be in your corner no matter what gets thrown at you, Monika is simply the BEST. The people supporting Monika’s business are also excellent - photographer, inspectors, legal team, and her spectacular partner Michelle. Monika knows the Naples market as well as anyone and her experience and analytical skills saved me a small fortune on each side of my transaction. I can not recommend her with more enthusiasm, and the John R Wood Properties Co. is extremely lucky to have someone of Monika’s caliber and talent on their team!

Michelle expertly and professionally managed the sale of my home. She kept me informed of the progress and made a usually stressful event significantly less so.

In today's complex real estate market, it is hugely important to find real estate professionals who are very smart and very experienced. Monika and Michelle are the complete package: highly detailed, responsive, strategic, shrewd, and pleasantly aggressive. They have a laser focus on your objectives and they work tirelessly to get you what you want. You never have to wonder if you are their priority or if they are up to the job. No question about it: They have your back. Monika and Michelle make it easier to sleep at night. I highly value their advice and recommend them without hesitation.

We have worked with Michelle since 2008 when we purchased our condo in Pelican Bay. When we decided to upsize to a house in Pelican Bay, Michelle spent a great deal of time showing us homes and then did a very good job in negotiating the purchase price. Michelle helped us in the sale of our condo receiving full price offers within three days. Michelle also determined that exact time to have the photos of our condo listing so as to maximize sunlight without any glare. Lots of paperwork with Pelican Bay and the County Assesors office, once again, Michelle was out front in making the transition as easy as possible. We highly recommend Michelle and John R Wood.
