First, I apologize for the length of this review but buying a home is quite personal. Mike Faulkner and Pine Island Realty are the single and only reason we have a home on the island. Mike worked with us for many years searching for the right property. We saw many prospective homes in person, and hundreds electronically. In all but a very few contenders, Mike actually talked us out of making an offer. We would even send him listings we found on line and he would give us the real “scoop” on each one and why they did or didn’t fit. You see, Mike understood our timeline (not yet retired), and our wants for dockage and access, home size and character, and of course cost. Even though we were flexible on cost, Mike was keenly focused on value and market - both current and future. BTW, those other homes sold. The end result for us could not have been better. Our past experiences with other real estate brokers and showings always ended with “What do you want your offer to be?”. We didn’t hear that once from Mike!

We have had a long relationship with Mike Faulkner and Pine Island Realty . Bought our first place in '05, sold it later and purchased our second place . Mike has a great grasp of the market on Pine Island and will give you straightforward advice. He is easy to deal with and professional in every aspect of his dealings with customers.

We were very happy with Mike Faulkner as our real estate agent. He was very professional and helpful and put us in touch with all of other services we needed as new residents. I could also stop into the office at any time with questions. There was even a nice basket of gifts awaiting us as we moved into our new home!

I have known Mike for many years. I met him through my father who owned a condo in Captains Harbor on Pine Island. He and my father were fishing buddies and we met on one of their outings. Some time ago my parents passed and the condo was left to me. When it came time to sell, I thought of Mike as that is what my father would have done. Mike did an excellent job and treated me not just as a customer, but as a friend. Mike got me top dollar. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Mike!!!

As a discerning home owner on Pine Island, i could not be more please with the wonderful team at Pine Island Realty. Those involve with rental support are very responsive and at times go above and beyond to insure the home owner is happy. They keep us posted on all developments related to rental prospects and provide solutions to potential issues or tenant requests. Keep up the good work!

Our experience with Mike and Pine Island Realty was unique. Mike was actually helping the seller out as a service and act of friendship. Our seller and elder lady need his guidence in completing the sale. Mike handled the entire process in quick and good fashion. Both Deb and I really appreciated Mikes's expertise and guidence in comleting the sale, I am sure that if Mrs. Johnson were with us today she would agree.
