Why Work With Us?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
I have known Mike Faulkner since October 2014. He helped my wife and I to purchase a house at Seagull Bay. Everything he did was over and above what I expected. He also found a condo for us on Stringfellow Rd. In this process he also became a friend which I value his opinion on many matters not just real estate. I have the upmost confidence in him as a friend and a realtor.

Outstanding service provided by Mike Faulkner. Friendly and easy to work with...he helped me find exactly what I was looking for in just a few days. Kept me informed every step of the way, throughout the entire process. He made it easy and hassle free. Also, extremely knowledgeable about Pine Island and the surrounding area. A+ service!!!

Great realtor to work with. Sold our house the same day we listed for the amount we had agreed on. Purchased another house through Mike, also a great experience. Highly recommend them. The best.

Mike has high ethical standards. We used him to purchase the property on which we are building our new house and he has the listing on the house in which we currently live. If that isn't a good endorsement, I don't know what is.
