If it had not been for Cookie Douglas, we would still be renting. Cookie listened to our situation on why we were renting and recommended a loan officer who suggested a solution and gave us a letter of commitment for a mortgage.That's when Cookie really put it in gear. Cookie was diligent in searching for our home criteria and was instrumental in finding our "perfect" home in our desired neighborhood.Cookie is a dream to work with and when asked, will give her honest opinion. Diana has a following that trust her judgement and eventually will find their forever home by attending her well planned open houses. Consistent in her approach with clients, she has the gift to know who the right buyer is before they realize it! Her expertise then takes over and seals the deal. This Cookie is one of a kind, she is the Best Real Estate Person I have ever dealt with, she is helpful and always there to answer any question, she takes a personal interest in selling your home and I would recommend her most highly to anyone selling their home. In a scale of 1 to 10, I give her an 11.
