Mary Jo was an excellent realtor - she showed attention to detail and kept the sales process moving along as we received offers. If she couldn't attend an open house, she sent a representative in her place. She has the right temprament for the business as nothing seems to ruffle her. I would consider her an assest to your organization and perhaps you should increase her payout so she remains in place.

Our experience with John R. Wood, and especially Mary Jo Chamberlin, was likely one of the best we have had with any realtor. Mary Jo is extremely knowledgeable about the Naples real estate market and Pelican Bay in particular. That knowledge was helpful to prospective buyers in that she answered many questions they would have, more times than not, before they asked. Mary Jo's professionalism is clearly evident. From the time we first met until our last meeting at the closing, she always carried herself in a manner that John R. Wood would be proud. We will most certainly utilized Mary Jo's expertise again when the time comes to sell or purchase our next home in Naples.

Mary Jo was extremely professional. She is an excellent listener, and has a very calm disposition. She was always available to meet with appropriate whomever needed to perform duties for inspection etc. Mary Jo kept us informed of current sales and what came on market consistently . She was such a pleasure to work with . My husband Robert and I were extremely pleased and would recommend her to anyone .
