My wife and I decided to solicit the help of Mary Jo in finding a home to purchase based on someone else’s recommendation and we were not disappointed. Perhaps most importantly, Mary Jo truly listens. She showed us the property that only fit our criteria and didn’t waste our time on things outside the parameters of our search. When my husband and I first met Mary Jo we knew there was no one else we would want to help guide us through the process of purchasing our new home. She was knowledgeable, helpful and so reassuring. She went above and beyond for us from the very beginning. She was so prepared at our first meeting I was blown away. She had clearly put in a lot of time to help us begin our house hunting process, and I knew we had made the right choice. She really wanted us to find the right home for our family and was more than happy to show us different types of properties in different areas so we could make the best decision. Mary Jo worked tirelessly for us and was so reliable. She answered every question we had, referred us to a great network of contacts as needed and did very thorough research before we put in an offer.
