As a 47-year resident of Naples, Michael’s ties to the community run deep and wide, with five generations of his family residing here.  He brings over 26 years of Naples real estate experience, including luxury home sales, on-site senior living sales, and investment and commercial properties.  He is consistently recognized as a multi-million dollar producer and holds many local and national top sales awards. Michael’s career began in the senior living sector where he is acknowledged as the most tenured senior living consultant in Naples.  As a former Director of Sales and Marketing, he has worked with thousands of local families faced with the difficult decision of where to place aging loved ones.

Michael also served honorably in the US Air Force, Pacific Air Forces 3rd Tactical Fighter Wing during Desert Storm-Desert Shield.  He holds a Top-Secret security clearance and has been awarded AF Commendation, Achievement, Good Conduct, National Defense, and Humanitarian and Outstanding Unit Medals.  Assisting fellow Veterans with their retirement and real estate needs continues to be one of Michael’s greatest passions.

Landon Soulard is a Naples‑born real estate professional who brings a rare combination of local insight, financial expertise, disciplined sales leadership, and deep market analysis to Southwest Florida. A graduate of Florida State University, Landon attended on an academic scholarship and earned his bachelor’s degree in finance before beginning his career in New York City at Bank of New York, one of the country’s oldest and most respected financial institutions.

From 2021 to 2026, Landon worked within the firm’s investment management division, advancing from Internal Wholesaler to Team Lead to Assistant Sales Desk Manager. He consistently delivered on territory growth and achieved the highest performance rating out of his peers for calendar year 2024 and 2025. Throughout his time at BNY, Landon was a main contributor to over $1 Billion in Mutual Fund, ETF, and SMA sales. This experience sharpened the analytical, negotiation, and client‑relationship skills that now define his real estate approach.

Born and raised in Naples, Landon offers firsthand knowledge of the local market, from the character of each neighborhood to the lifestyle that attracts people to Southwest Florida. Now back home building a real estate business with his father, he combines Wall Street-level discipline with deep community roots. Landon has also been active in philanthropy, serving as a Junior Board Member for the Expect Miracles Foundation, helping raise funds for cancer research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) and financial assistance programs for current cancer patients.
